Charlene and her company, Daily Living Personal Care have always been there to visit my grandma everytime we need her. We have been with Daily Living Personal Care for 6 years now. Grandma enjoys her outings shopping or going for walks, and the gentle massage and nailcare on the days she doesn't feel up to go out. The staff does the upkeep and cleaning at grandma's as well. They are always kind, friendly, and willing to help. Thank you Charlene and staff`.
Kit, Grandma and family!
I have been working with Charlene at Daily Living Personal Care for just over a month now. The first conversation I had with Charlene was the first time I felt any hope in two years. I was in need of services for someone who needed special care and needs that only Charlene was willing to take on. Charlene and her staff are kind, compassionate, professional and very accommodating. Not only do they provide exceptional care for their clients, they also acknowledge the families and loved ones that are involved. Charlene is extremely understanding and willing to work with her client's finances to achieve the best possible solution for everyone. Charlene has been a Godsend in my situation.
Thank you Charlene and Daily Living Personal Care Staff.
I have had Charlene do cleaning for myself and Emily. It is an understatement to say she is excellent in what she does. She is also very good company for my wife and I.

I have had personal assistance from Daily Living since I lost my sight 6.5 years ago. They have been reliable in fulfilling every commitment with competence. Staff have been pleasant and flexible - willing to do whatever is needed. Assistance from Daily Living has made it possible for me to live much more independently.

Charlene has worked for my parents for more than four years. Most recently, she helped them in their transition from their home of 55 years to a retirement community. She's prompt, cheerful, competent and reliable. She has numerous certificates that qualify her for her work with seniors. She has a delightful sense of humour and is very pleasant to have around.

I enjoy having Charlene come to visit. She fills the house with energy and is always ready to help. I did not want someone I did not know coming to my home originally, but she was recommended by a friend of mine and now, 4 years later, she has become like family. If I can't find something, I just have to call Charlene and she will know where to find it! She knows when to listen and is sincere. Most importantly, she does her best to fit me into her schedule whenever I need her.
In the 18 months I have had Charlene working for me she has been nothing but reliable and expert in her approach to helping me maintain my home. Her attention to detail is excellent and her regular communication keeps me informed as to her progress each visit.
She always makes her best effort to be flexible with my requirements which are often changing.
She has also demonstrated the utmost responsibility as I have the peace of mind to leave my home in her trustworthy hands.

Hi Charlene - I just wanted to let you know how much mom, Helen and Georgina enjoyed the time you arranged to celebrate my mom’s birthday on Wed. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. It was great that everyone who helps her was able to be there at the same time. As she will have told you we also had a great family time on the weekend. Thanks, Anne
